1. Services Description

StepX Trading provides global sourcing and logistics solutions, including but not limited to product sourcing from China and Turkey, international shipping (air and sea freight), free consultations, factory visits, quality control inspections, door-to-door delivery (specifically to Lebanon), money transfers for trade, and customs clearance and local logistics services.

2. Use of the Site and Services

You agree to use the Site and Services only for lawful purposes and in accordance with these Terms. You agree not to use the Site or Services:

The Site and its entire contents, features, and functionality (including but not limited to all information, software, text, displays, images, video, and audio, and the design, selection, and arrangement thereof) are owned by StepX Trading, its licensors, or other providers of such material and are protected by copyright, trademark, patent, trade secret, and other intellectual property or proprietary rights laws.

You are permitted to use the Site and Services for your personal, non-commercial use, or legitimate business purposes related to your role as a current or prospective customer of StepX Trading. 9. Governing Law and Jurisdiction

All matters relating to the Site, the Services, and these Terms, and any dispute or claim arising therefrom or related thereto, shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the internal laws of Lebanon without giving effect to any choice or conflict of law provision or rule.

Any legal suit, action, or proceeding arising out of, or related to, these Terms or the Site/Services shall be instituted exclusively in the federal courts or state courts of Lebanon.

10. Changes to the Terms of Use

We may revise and update these Terms of Use from time to time in our sole discretion. All changes are effective immediately when we post them. Your continued use of the Site or Services following the posting of revised Terms of Use means that you accept and agree to the changes.
